💎 72-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

If something wasn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered! Just let us know within 72 hours of your cleaning, and we’ll send the same cleaner back to re-clean the areas you weren’t satisfied with at no extra charge.

💳 Refund Policy

Because cleaning is a labor-based service and time is scheduled specifically for you, we generally do not offer refunds once the cleaning has been completed. However, our 72-hour guarantee ensures we’ll correct anything you’re not happy with.

If a refund request is submitted, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and may take up to 10 business days for processing. Decisions will be based on the details of the original service agreement and the outcome of the re-clean.

🚫 Cancellations & No-Show Policy

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a fee.

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $50 fee, as our cleaners reserve that time just for you.
